Ross Global Academy places an emphasis on educating the whole child for the whole world. The curriculum at Ross Global Academy is based on the Ross School model and is rich in cultural history, technology, and interdisciplinary integration of core subjects, including the arts. According to the Philosophy of the Ross Global Academy, "Students acquire a deep understanding of the major domains of study through systematic interdisciplinary instruction using a cultural history narrative as the medium of instruction. By immersing young minds in a curriculum rich in cultural history, current world events, intercultural dialogue, and fluency in new technologies, the school prepares our students for global challenges by producing synthetic thinkers who can combine separate elements of knowledge to form a coherent perspective of the whole."

Ross Global Academy is committed to providing a holistic education that will enable students to develop a global worldview and the skills necessary for success in the 21st century. The curriculum at Ross Global Academy prepares students to think critically and creatively, understand and respect different cultures, become leaders, use technology, live healthy lives and develop a passion for learning.

The goal of Ross Global Academy is to serve students of diverse backgrounds with a variety of academic abilities, including students with special needs and English Language Learners (ELLs).
